Try to match the construction materials and colours to those of your house.
Lead the conservatory off of a room that you use on a regular basis such as the kitchen or living room.
Use some pegs and string to mark out the shape and size of the proposed conservatory, this way you can easily visualise how big it will look.
When planning a conservatory, width can be more important than the projection away from the existing building, especially if you want
