The Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI) is the recognised body for the aerial and satellite industry.
All CAI Members guarantee their installations for a minimum of twelve months. In addition to this, the CAI undertakes to back-up this guarantee with its own twelve months guarantee, for domestic installations only.
DIY installation of TV aerials is not a good idea, firstly there are obvious Health and Safety aspects that trained installers are equipped to deal with.
Secondly professional installers carry signal test meters essential for establishing the amount of signal present at your location. This enables them to ascertain the type of aerial required for your situation.
